Terms & Conditions — Sound Mind

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sound Mind application and related services (the "Service"), provided by Iron Winn LLC ("Iron Winn", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Sound Mind is a guided reflection app that helps users process thoughts, decisions, and seasons of life through Scripture and prayer. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with monthly and annual plans.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

Using it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
Infringing the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
Uploading malware, scraping, probing, or otherwise interfering with the security or integrity of the Service;
Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Service without our written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, content, branding, and design, is owned by Iron Winn LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial reflection.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the reflections and notes you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current paid period.

7. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time from settings.

9. Disclaimers

Sound Mind is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, pastoral, legal, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Winn LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iron Winn LLC from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Iron Winn LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
