Sound Mind is provided by Iron Winn LLC. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Sound Mind subscriptions.
14-Day Refund Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal, for any reason. Just reach out using the instructions below and we'll take care of it.
Canceling Your Subscription
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing. You can cancel from your account settings, or by contacting us at support@asoundmind.app. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the current paid period.
Refund Requests Outside the 14-Day Window
Refund requests received after the 14-day guarantee window are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may grant exceptions where required by law, by app store or payment processor policy, in cases of duplicate billing, or when a verified technical issue prevents you from accessing the app. To request a review, follow the instructions below.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@asoundmind.app and we'll help you through the process.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
